Can’t talk highly enough about Midwest Pressure Washers!! Outstanding customer service. Had a self inflicted problem with my pressure washing pump, Mark and his team had a brand new pump available for pickup the next morning!! He also took the time to explain how to install the new pump and pulley insuring it was installed correctly. Really helped get me out of a pinch and ready for job the next day! Will be coming back! My experience with Midwest Pressure Washers is always exceptional. We receive excellent customer service no matter what the problem is. His mechanic Nate is awesome he explained what is wrong and the time needed to repair our equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone in the pressure washing industry.

I am in the construction industry, and these guys had the absolute best customer service I have experienced. They showed me not only a way to save almost the entire value of the pressure washer, but a better way to get the pressure washer to perform to my specifications. They even went as far as to custom fabricate the pieces, and agree to meet me at a location convenient for me. I just wish more people were like them. 10/10 would recommend these guys.
