We used Midwest Remodeling & Builders LTD to renovate our bathroom based on our next door neighbor's positive experience with them. The team was highly professional, courteous, and kind throughout the bathroom remodeling process. They were also very fast at removing all of the old bathroom materials, and then, installing a radically-different and improved bathroom design. Our new bathroom feels luxurious and spa-like. Most importantly, my wife is very happy. I not only recommend Midwest Remodeling to others who are interested in a future home renovation, but plan to use them again when my wife and I decide to update our kitchen in the future.

We had our condo remodeled — new flooring, kitchen, and bathroom — and these guys did an amazing job! Everything looks great and the quality of the work really shows. Karolina and team did an incredible job on a full remodel and renovation on our basement in LaGrange. Our basement went from an unused space to a beautiful and functional desired place to be in our home. Midwest Remodeling & Builders LTD was a one stop shop for all of our needs. Karolina designed and procured all of the material with our input from flooring to tile and cabinets. The guys were at our home every day till the job was complete and kept the area tidy during the process. Karolina often checked in on the progress making sure the project was staying on track. Midwest was one of the best general contractors that I've worked with in my history of home ownership and renovation projects. They were quick to give me a fair estimate and listened to our needs for our project. Karolina consistently came to check in on the project, talk to us about changes, schedule trades to do work, ensure the permit reviews were done quickly, and make sure we were happy with the quality of the work. The workers were extremely friendly and hard working - they really know their stuff. You can tell that this family-operated company has done this successfully to many houses in our neighborhood (LGP) because they are really good at what they do.
