STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Id leave negative 5 stars if I could. Extremely bad customer service! Overly charge for something simple to be bent. Got put on back burner. Told to leave it there, got a call back saying a very price gouging quote. When we picked it up with out the work being done and told him to forget it since they never started on it. He gave major attitude! Their front door is open for public service, but they have major attitude for anyone who walks in. We have a business ourselves. Strongly suggest going somewhere else for a different quotes and better service. We did. We went to Rose Metal Products! It was half the price, better customer service, less attitude, happy to help us and you can tell they take pride in their work!

If you're not sure what you need in metals this is the place to go. If you know exactly what you need this is the place to go. I've come here for years and I'll be back. Chris even told me where to get a decent priced good haircut! Of course he's balding, but.......

Used to love coming here. After telling Big Boy what I was needed he sent me into shop to look for pieces. After searching small pieces finally found the size that I was needing. But come to find out after my 30 minutes of searching it was not cold rolled and it would be tomorrow before they could cut any cold rolled down.

Dropped some pieces off to get worked on. Was told by jim he “couldn’t get to it this week but will next week”. I called two weeks later after not hearing a thing. “It’s Thursday so we won’t get to it this week, but I might get on it next week.” I swing by the shop the next Wednesday midday. My pieces were sitting in the exact place I left them when dropping them off 3 weeks prior. I grab them and walked out, Jim not making a noise or attempt to stop/apologize/make an excuse. I can’t comment on the quality of work but I definitely won’t be going back. Safe yourself some time and go to Rose Metal over on Division, they finished the pieces in less than a day.

Very bad customer service. I asked them to do something the first time and went to go pick up the finished product. On arrival the fat guy asked how i wanted to pay for the product. I asked him if i could at least see the finished product before buying it. He huffed and puffed since he is very overweight and opened the door to the back of the office and pointed at the finished product. I then asked him if i could get hands on the product before I bought it and he said "sure go look at it". I found that the work I had asked to be done was not done correctly so i called him over from 50ft away. he was winded from the 50ft walk and on his arrival I questioned why the work I asked to be done wasn't done.
