We had nine great Pella windows installed by Midwest Siding. After getting three different bids of $32K, $25K and $21K we choose Midwest Siding because they were highly recommended, professional and were also lowest bidder. Randy did a great job during the bid and order processes. Brett and his crew did outstanding job during the install process. They always showed up on time, did great window installs and were all pleasant to work with. Trim work was done with great quality by Salvador and his crew. Finally Renee in their office was a joy to work with and helped with invoices, payments and rebates. I highly recommend.

I give Midwest Siding and their painting company my highest rating. They re-sided and painted our two story home and it is beautiful. During installation they drew my attention to a window roofing issue and facilitated another contractor in correcting the problem. The entire project felt like a true partnership. All my questions were addressed immediately and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

I really wish I could give Midwest Siding a better rating but with the number of problems we had with them I can’t. First, we had to wait 2 months to get James Hardy siding and 2 windows. Not once were we contacted with an update. When we finally called 2 months after signing papers and paying a deposit, they were miraculously ready. The siding itself is good. It looks great. It's the installation by workers from Midwest that was the problem. There are just too many to list here so I will just highlight a few. We had an underage worker on site doing everything the other 2 were doing including running the saw. He was there until he stepped on a nail while he was wearing Crocs. Another worker sawed through major electrical wires causing us to lose power in parts of our house. Thank goodnes
