The very next day after accepting the quote, their team was already on my roof getting the job done! The work was completed with the utmost professionalism, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend working with Mighty Dog. They came out to inspect roof immediately after contacting them and were great to work with from start to finish. They even helped navigate with our home owners insurance (special shout out to Pauleta who went to bat for us after our initial claim was denied). Extremely happy with our new roof!

Mighty dog roofing did such a sloppy job we needed to pay a different roofer to fix their sloppy work. We paid a lot of money to do a decent new roof on our house. Mighty Dog seemed good at first, good sales and estimate. But then the workers came out and oh boy the did it quickly, took them less than a day and it seemed like they were doing a sloppy job. It was hard to communicate with the manager as he was not onsite, just workers and communication was difficult. There were a ton of loose ends and errors that were wrong when the swarm of workers left. There were a lot of gaps and whole sides of the roof that were missing edging and gutter aprons. Very bad experience with Mighty Dog roofing in Durham. I was having them replace the edge of my roof and reinstall the gutters. I had to call them every day throughout this process to get any information about scheduling. Their subcontractors came to my home at night and they didn’t know the name of the company we hired (not a language barrier issue). They also thought they were there to patch a leak, which was not what the work order was for. Next day they did the work, but left patches of my roof clearly unshingled (see photos). The drip edges were too long and running into eachother, causing the edges of the roof to peel up (See photos). They also left tons of debris in my yard. The reps came the next day and confirmed the work was poorly done and said they’d fix it. I had to call them

Steve was a phenomenal and professional. Explained why his products were more superior and gave me a very fair price. Now I have a beautiful roof with a 30 to 50 year warranty, that was done in a day, and completely cleaned up afterwards. They even painted the fixtures to match. Everything looks beautiful.
