We recently hired Mighty Dog Roofing of West Houston and Katy (Chris Cooper, owner) after storm damage was revealed on our roof. Thankfully, the damage was not major but we didn’t even realize we had damage on both our third-story roof and a lower second-story section. Drone footage/photos were provided. Since we’re in the process of selling our home, timing was critical. Chris responded quickly to our request, came out to inspect the roof, and scheduled the necessary repairs right away. The work was completed quickly, before our home was listed, and we received the documentation we needed for our seller’s disclosures. 1 star ⭐ Completely ignored after paying for a new roof — months of silence I had my roof replaced on October 10, 2024, and paid in full. Within two months, I noticed a damaged vent making noise and reached out on December 10th with videos documenting the issue. I was told a manager would call me the next day at 1pm — no one ever called. I then emailed Jennifer on December 15th. No response. I followed up again with Lugardo on December 17th, who promised to get back to me around noon that same day. Again, nothing. I emailed Jennifer a second time on December 18th — still no response. I reached out yet again on December 19th — complete silence. I let months pass and tried one more time on February 26, 2026, calling the office directly. Joshua Cole from Mighty Dog Roof did an excellent job on my roof. This is the second time I’ve hired him for roof damage on my properties, and once again he delivered outstanding results. He kept me updated every step of the way, clearly explained what to expect, and personally supervised the contractors to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. Professional and reliable. I am very satisfied and highly recommend his services.

Josh Cole was wonderful and very understanding about my roof issues. The crew that he sent was also wonderful, they did a Great job. Josh even came by towards the end of the job to ck on the progress. Job was done in a timely matter and all of the debris was picked up. When ever I need another roof I will definitely use Josh and his company.
