To provide a fair and honest review, Jonathan was incredibly professional and promptly responded to our initial inquiry and scheduled a time for him to visit our property to assess the ductwork and provide a quote. However, despite sending multiple messages over months, we have yet to receive any response from him to come back out and complete the task. This lack of communication has left us disappointed and uncertain about the progress of the project. If Jonathan resolves this issue and provides us with a satisfactory response, I would be more than willing to revise this review to reflect a positive experience.

First started talking about doing business on 9/19/25. At first was quick to respond and very informative with service options and pricing answering any questions I had. We were able to schedule a time to come out and evaluate the job for an estimate. After the day of the estimate 9/30/25 I have yet to have the service completed and it is now 12/19/25. Very poor response time or lack of response over all. I haven’t heard anything back since 11/15/25 and even before then it’s just been playing a game of cat and mouse trying to get a response or be able to schedule the job I very much needed and wanted done. When calling around to try to find another business to complete the same job, all are busy or don’t do the service and recommend Mighty Ducts. Unfortunately, we still have yet to receive
