SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY FROM MIGUEL DUCT SPECIALIST This company is a complete scam operation. They advertise as being based in Miami/Kendall, but the people who showed up were actually coming from Fort Lauderdale. They use different phone numbers and websites to deceive homeowners — clearly running a bait-and-switch scam. Their office woman clearly stated a $250 flat fee for cleaning the main duct and up to 6 additional vents included, with no hidden fees. That’s why I scheduled the service. But the moment they arrived, the story started to change. They suddenly said there could be extra charges for cleaning the second floor — even though it's a small townhouse with only 6 vents total.
