Mike Diamond Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

This is my first time leaving an online review for a company, but I felt like I needed to do this to warn other customers to NOT go with them! Here’s my story. A very nice gentleman from Mike Diamond came to my property and immediately fixed the plumbing back-up. He said that the problem would for sure come back again, and said they could fix it for $7,500. On the side, he said that if I do it directly through him (instead of with Mike Diamond) he could do it for less money! As predicted, about 3 weeks later, the plumbing backed up again. A different gentleman came out and immediately fixed the issue. He then got back to me with a quote of $23,000 to fix the issue long-term – but said he TOO could do it on his own for less money! Not sure what’s happening with Mike Diamond or his employ

In a simple to the point review of Buster he is a honest and trustworthy plumber who made an impression on me! Rooter hero had just come to my house and attempted to scam me by insisting I need a new main line at over 11k. Buster just cleaned the line and that was almost 6 months ago with no issues!

Had someone come out to unclog kitchen sink. Said he ran 75 feet of snake out and pulled out some grease but really noted no other problem. However, he said it was a temporary fix with no guarantee and we should have them use a camera. Less than 24 hours later and the same problem is back. I've had the drain snaked in the past and have even rented the equipment and done it myself. It always fixed the problem for a considerable amount of time. Thought I would just have someone else do it for $99 and save myself the trouble. That appears to have been a mistake. Very disappointing we're not even 24 hours out and the problem is back.

Garbage disposal stopped working. Jesse came out, took a look and explained to me that while nothing I had put in the disposal had caused to stop working, it's age (6 years), was most likely what caused it to jam up and that fixing it would cost about $400 fix but that due to the age of the disposal, it would probably happen again. So I just paid the $75 service call fee and was about to go disposal shopping. A couple of minutes later Jesse returned. He talked to a supervisor and they told him to return my check... there would be no service call charge.

Julio is fantastic! He's always on time and always cleans the area he works on. He is very detailed in his work which why we always have Julio take care of our service requirements. Thank you Julio!!!
