We found Mike last year when we needed some land cleared and a pad put in. He was professional, personal and absolutely on the ball. He was timely and the final product was better than we imagined. He even cleaned up the trees that he took down and put all of the large boulders in a neat pile. He also had to take down a huge boulder wall that was in his way, which he then reconstructed and looks better than it had originally. We have hired him back again and again in other areas of the property for tree removal, grading, fixing the driveway and our current project which is septic installation. This guy and I came to a verbal agreement to level a pad on my property for $1,500 and he said it would take him a single day. He didn’t even come close to level before bailing on the project because it took him longer than he expected, came to my property one night and handed me $6,200 bill out of nowhere, and then followed that up with a notice in the mail that he intends to file a lien on my property. LOL! Now he’s going around trying to delete all my reviews of his bad work and intimidate me. This guy just runs a scam where he says whatever he needs to say to get started on a job, makes a big mess so you stick with him, and then out of nowhere decides when he’s done that he was getting paid differently than what you’d agreed in the beginning.
