Mike Morello was highly recommended by a friend. We needed our heat serviced and Jonny was our technician. God sent. He literally fixed our problem 2 minutes after he walked in. Jonny was Very professional and very knowledgable. We chose the right company to make sure our heat and a/c is working properly. We feel relieved that our issues were fixed. Just wanted to give a shout out to Morello’s! Jennifer went the extra in assisting with reaching out to company unit in regards to our warranty. We had no heat Joe came out & he was very knowledgeable & friendly. Explained what would happen & approximately when they would get the part. He came back today & went to work removing old part & installation of new…so nice to have our heat working again. Thank you all for taking care of us) Highly recommend!

Mike Morello was recommended by several of our friend’s & neighbors so we decided to give them a try after being with a previous company for ten years. The previous company had to many staff changes and we got so many different suggestions and pricing seemed very high. Will and Bill installed our new Trane system. Both were very professional and answered all and any questions we had about the new unit as we were switching brands. They also did a great job cleaning up any and all debris. We had to replace our aged AC system recently and the Mike Morello team came to our rescue. We were able to get our units quickly and installed the next day. Our installation went really well and the guys (Dylan & Coleman) were great! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient!

I have been using Mike Morello Inc since 2021. They showed up to fix my system when the company that put the system in and I had a contract with wouldn't. Since then, every tech that has come to my house has been extremely knowledgeable and I have been very happy with them. Would definitely recommend.
