Mike Nelson Heating and Cooling

My heater stopped working on a very cold day and I woke up to a cold house! I called Mike and he arrived within an hour when others had not even returned my call. He brought over space heaters to keep the house warm while he got the part. He is very professional, helpful, and polite. Reasonably priced. I will hire him again for any future HVAC issues. Highly recommend!

Mike Nelson I definitely recommend!! On a cold Sunday my furnace went out. My wife and I tried to do what we could to trouble shoot it and was not getting anywhere. We called Mike and left a message and with in a short time called us back and came out to our home within no time. Very knowledgeable and on point with his profession as well as willing to provide knowledge on what the issue at hand was. I would definitely recommend him as he will make sure you are taken cared of.

Heating unit failed on the coldest day of 2025 just prior to my cataract Surgery I did some troubleshooting and identified and purchased what I believed to be the offending part however, after installing the new vacuum switch, the unit still would not start I called Mike to set an appointment to repair the heating unit and explained to him my theories and what I had done so far. Mike gave me a suggestion over the phone to further Investigate the vacuum tube leading to the switch. Following Mike’s advice, I was able to repair the unit and get it running (with one eye) Saved me the cost of a repair visit with just one helpful phone conversation. Great service highly recommend Mike Nelson heating and cooling.

Mike arrives quickly when others could not, and brings a polite professionalism that exceeded expectations. The level of personal care that he brings to his work is refreshing, plus he does a great job for a fair price.
