I called Tilton Plumbing and they were able to come the next morning! James and his helper found the leak fairly quickly (after digging through mud). They repaired the leak and then gave me a nice discount! I’m thrilled with their respectfulness and good attitudes. I’ll be sure to call Tilton Plumbing again and request James. Thank you Tilton for a great plumbing experience!

Mike and his team always come through with professional and knowledge service. This time, Randy was my service tech. We addressed not only the clogged shower nozzle... but also my leaking kitchen sink drain. In fact, replacement of my shower nozzle was a complex task... and Randy handled expertly. Same with the drain... also, we coordinated, with me, purchasing a new kitchen faucet... and he was able to install at the same time... all with one visit. I've been using Tilton Plumbing for over 10 years... and will continue to do so!... and kudos to Jason also for coordinating the service call.

Quick, courteous, and very effective plumbing team. I have used them several times now for a variety of needs - toilet repair x 3, garbage disposal installation x 2, bathtub faucet, recaulking fixtures. At a minimum, they have met my expectations each time.

$605vfor a sewer clog 2 feet into the drain. That should explain everything. They charged me 3 hours labor even though the tech clearly stated he was waiting on a tool he didn’t have. So he continued using the tool that clearly wasn’t working so he could continue charging me. When the new tool arrived, he admitted that it didn’t have the attachments he needed. My favorite part was the $12 charge for gloves. No, I’m not making that up. I will say that the tech was very nice and professional. But this company is a complete joke.

I want to thank Mike Tilton Plumbing and Jason for my Halo water filter. I have saved so much on buying water and the hassle of carrying it in. I can drink from my faucet again and the taste is wonderful ! Even my cleaning lady has noticed the toilets no longer get a ring in between cleaning and now she wants one.
