Mike Wood Heating & Cooling

I called Mike to come and look at a furnace leak at a home we had just bought in Sugar City. He was able to come and look at it and quickly diagnose the problem. He went and picked up the needed parts and was able to fix it promptly and gave some other great recommendations! We had another company come and look at it first and gave an estimate and Mike was much quicker and more reasonable so I am glad we got a second opinion! We will definitely recommend Mike and use him again!

When our furnace stopped working in the middle of a serious cold snap, Mike dropped everything to come out to our house and make sure we wouldn't go cold. He drove all the way to Idaho Falls to procure a hard to find furnace motor and came back to replace it before the evening was out. He also able to get a rare condensate trap that had gone out on our unit. Mike will go above and beyond to make sure that his clients are taken care of.

We didn't have any heat on a 20-degree day!!! Mike made us a priority. He was able to find the problem, get the part from Idaho Falls, and install it in less than three hours. I was impressed with his professionalism and how quick he was able to get things done. I absolutely recommend Mike!

Mike did a great job! He came on time, was very friendly, and he also explained what was going on with our furnace. This is our second time time having him come, the first time was for a concern with our fireplace and he has been upfront and fair both times. I highly recommend Mike!!

We paid $3000 for a top of the line furnace and install. We got a top of the line furnace with a poor installation. Here I am 2 years later carrying buckets full of water out of my crawlspace because they failed to route the condensate line properly. I don't consider dumping gallons of water on my vapor barrier a proper installation. He refused to fix the problem so now I'll either figure out how do to it myself or pay someone honest to do it for me.
