Mike’s Air Treatment is outstanding. Mike is so knowledgeable and experienced, Jim is really good at everything including swapping out my old HVAC unit that had been built into the attic trusses, and Catherine is so responsive regarding scheduling, updates, and all of the liaising over text. Highly recommend. I switched to Mike’s and now they have 100% of my business.

Jim and the whole crew - including his crane sub - were all superb: On time, hardworking, professional and courteous. This is Jon, spouse of the reviewer and co-homeowner. Jim's crane operator really had to thread the needle there using the crane when setting our new 16 SEER heat pump, with row homes that tower over us on both sides. Mike's Air took care of all the logistics and traffic management (helped that they got it done in the early morning). Our system is unique in that its both hydronic and electric heat pump, but that was no problem for Jim and crew since they do variations of dual fuel setups all the time. Jim and the crew did an excellent job replacing my air conditioning system. It was a tight fit getting the air handler into the attic which they handled with no problems. They also managed to use a ground lift to get the new compressor onto the roof without incurring the extra expense of hiring a crane. Jim also helped us by doing some work on the old system to keep it going until the new equipment was available to install. I am very pleased with every aspect of their work, and I am confident the new system will perform well.

5 star experience and service!!! My AC unit decided to stop working so needed help asap given the recent heat and young kids at home. A neighbor recommended Mike's Air as they are a local family owned business and they have been using them for years. Jim is awesome, he came out and diagnosed the issue and provided a few options on how to best remedy our situation. He was patient, extremely professional and transparent through out the process. We ended up deciding to convert our electric unit to gas and it was done well, on time and workspace was left spotless. From someone who expects perfection, not much to pick at. I highly recommened these guys!
