Horrible service worst iv ever had. Suppose to deliver on Tuesdays in my area. They apparently stopped doing it and never informed their customers. I will be switching companies next season to marcels in pittsford. Do not recommend using roberts

If I could give 0 stars i woukd. They let me run out of oil twice now, twice without heat in winter. Despite multiple calls giving warning, asking them to come deliver oil well in advance of actually running out. Awful company. Not continuing as a customer

They used to be good but now that they have been bought out by a bigger company they seem to be doing some shady things. Had them come out and move my propane tanks less than 5 feet for a heat pump install in Oct of 2024. Did not get an invoice and now almost 4 months later they are charging me over $600 when i was told that it would be $125 plus parts. Also seems they have waiting for the new pricing of the new company to go into affect before deciding to charge my card without notice. I have tried to email then and get a better idea of what's going on and after giving them all of the information they have stopped responding. They are calming that they were there for 4 hours. I sent them video of when they arrived 1:41pm and when they left my house 2:41pm its about a 15 min drive if that

Been a Mike's fuels customer for several years and they've always done right by me. Fast service, super friendly office staff and techs. Prices are more than reasonable and the work has always been superb. Highly recommend going to them.

Have been a customer for 20 yrs. Had my oil tank replaced today. As always, the quality of the job is superb. Kudos to Terry & crew. Thank you. Steve W.
