Needed some parts for my boiler. Wasn't quite sure which ones. Walked me thru trouble shooting over the phone. Found it needed more than thought. Upon getting my parts ended up in a short conversation, learned alot about settings and things that change what are issues that I thought were normal. Boiler is running great! My go to for parts and service from here forward.

Used to be a great place, but not so much anymore. Called at the end of October and it took them three weeks just to come out and look at something they already worked on. Now it’s another three weeks before they can come back and fix it. Sorry, but in Minnesota we need a fireplace working before January. I don’t recommend using them.

I bought a fireplace from Mikes and Bob has done such a great job of getting it serviced each year since. I would highly recommend calling Mikes for your fireplace needs.

Terrible service! We have tried to get our gas fireplace fixed for over 2 years and called several times. They always promise to come out but we never get a call or visit. We finally called someone in Fargo and they came out and fixed our problem right away.

Whenever I need parts or questions about my Heatmor system I call Mikes. Everyone there is more than happy to help me and always have the time to answer my questions. Great group of people and customer service is top notch!
