Mike's Mechanical

Mike's heating techs are so helpful and knowledgeable. I believe our first Tech was Rick (I'm not very good at remembering names), he explained his process and let us know what needed to be done in order for to continue the work. Thank you Mike's Heating my customer service has been great.

We were very pleased with our services performed by Mark at Mike’s Mechanical here in Lewiston Idaho. He came almost immediately to give us a second opinion that we had just received from Bill’s Heating here in Lewiston also. Mike’s estimate was 1/4 of what Bill’s gave us and verified that we did NOT need a new system. I would definitely recommend Mike’s Mechanical to everyone!! Mark is actually the service manager who has 18 years of experience!!

I had Mike’s Mechanical install new dryer vent and move up from the existing location. It was completed quicker than what I had thought would be. I love it and looks very nice. Paul who came to give me an estimate was very nice and professional. The technician who came to perform the job was also pleasant and knowledgeable.

My service technician, Tyson, was exceptional. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He patiently answered ALL of my questions. Additionally, he very kindly and graciously went out of his way to assist me with some specific and pertinent issues. I highly recommend him, and will happily request his services in the future. MIKE 'S MECHANICAL is fortunate to employ him and have him represent their company!

Chase was extremely friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and had parts the next day day to fix my furnace. We appreciated his position and upbeat attitude.
