Mike's Plumbing

My wife’s dad recently passed away in Moses Lake and we inherited a property located on the base. We found out while we were in California preparing to move to Washington that a water main broke at the house and was losing a mass amount of water. Mike was recommended to me by the City of Moses Lake as being a long time resident and reputable plumber. When my wife and arrived in Moses Lake, we didn’t really know much about the house, neighborhood or history of the area. When I met Mike, I felt I already knew him. Very personable and very knowledgeable of our situation. He was not only able to get the job done, but he was willing to work with us as we were in a crazy transition. I would definitely call Mike again and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in an emergency.

Mike and his crew installed underground water lines and outdoor faucets on our property. It took a little while for Mike to be able to break away from his other projects to come out and bid on ours. No big deal as ours was not a rush job by any means. Mike always answered the phone and was courteous when letting us know about his current schedule. He was true to his word when he reassured us that we were "still on the radar" and wouldn't be forgotten. In our opinion, it was worth the wait. They did exactly what was promised, including showing up on time each day. Our property is not "fancy", but we do make an effort to try and keep things neat and tidy, so we really appreciated the extra care that was taken to minimize the mess and clean up after the job was completed. Mike and apprentice Eric showed up a day late but on time due to an emergency repair at another clients. They diagnosed the problem quickly and proceeded on a clean & professional manner. Mike had updated the bathroom 15 years prior, the workmanship is clearly evident today. He also showed me where the main clean out is buried for future use. I feel his prices were fair for the job. I highly recommend his services.

I had a busted pipe in my yard from the city and Mike’s Plumbing was recommended as the go to plumber. As suggested, Mike and his partner did an amazing job as well as on the cleanup after their dig. I would whole heartedly recommend Mike for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Again, Eddie
