Mike was awesome to work with. He had great communication, and showed up when he said he was going to. I had discovered a leak in my wall and assumed it was a leak from the roof. Mike did an evaluation of my roof and found a degraded plastic dryer vent cover and replaced it the same day. The plastic had cracked causing a hole that moisture was able to enter. He also mitigated a backflow issue with one of my gutters causing moisture to build up against the roofline of the house when it rained. I really appreciated the thoroughness of his evaluation, his professional demeanor, and the speed at which he was able to diagnose and fix the problems. Mike does exceptional work and goes the extra mile. I needed some work done for the sale of my house and he went out of his way to fit me in the next morning. Until we happened upon Mike, we had been looking unsuccessfully for the right roofing company to re-roof our vintage mid-century modern home that's been in my family since its construction in 1957. Our roof has a 15⁰ pitch that was originally gravel covered, a style popular back when the house was built. That roof was replaced some thirty years ago with a warehouse style silver coated membrane roof, since gravel was no longer being done on residential housing and shingles not an option on such a shallow pitched roof.
