I don't usually leave many reviews. But after dealing with other HVAC companies in the past, Mike's & Sappio's was a breath of fresh air. Went above and beyond by inspecting our AC unit as well for any potential issues. It was nice working with such a transparent and courteous company. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your HVAC or AC needs.

I manage over 80 rental properties and have used Mike’s and Sappios for my HVAC needs for over 6 months now and I could not be more impressed, Andrew is not only experienced, but also punctual, easy to work with, and has great quality of work. Highly Recommend. I had Andrew out to my house to check on my heater. It was working but had a weird issue over the last couple winters to where it wouldnt kick on every time. He was very quick, proficient and professional. He explained the issue in a way I (not mechanically minded at all) could understand. He had the issue fixed that trip. In the last 2 weeks since his visit our temps have been cold and we have not had one single issue! This has been amazing and I will definitely be calling them for any further issues.
