Quick service when I needed it. Helped me get through until the parts came in and scheduled repair in a timely manner. Great customer service and Johnny Laird was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and even treated my pup with care while doing the repairs! 100% recommend! Replaced my old original thermostat with a new one, replaced a high limit safety switch, and signed up for the annual maintenance plan!

I signed up for regular preventative maintenance. It was easy to schedule with the office. I got text reminders of my upcoming appointment. The technician arrived promptly and was very pleasant. He took care of the system check. He let me know he had completed it. He offered to go over everything, but said everything looked good. He then asked if I had any problems in the home. He explained that they pretty much do everything except roof and foundation issues. I didn't that they did anything other than HVAC. Great experience. Very happy that

If you need A/C and heat work, you NEED to call Milan Heating and Air. I was shocked at the expediancy of which they got to my job, the pleasantness of the techs, how fast, efficient and detail-oriented they were. Not only that but their bid was the LOWEST of the 5 others that I collected for essentially the same unit and the same work. I'm so, so glad that I chose them to replace my A/C-heat unit. I wish I would have had this company when I was building homes in Florida. They would have saved me money and I would have gotten far better service than I ever got!
