Daniel has done a couple of projects for me and I am so impressed with his work. He cleaned my gutters so well they looked brand new - and there was no mess left behind. I also had him powerwash my house. My gutters and porch rails are bright white again and my house looks like it has been freshly painted. 10 out of 10 - completely recommend!

I was referred to Milat Exterior Services by a friend, and I’m so glad I called! Daniel did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was great, and getting an estimate was quick and easy. He did a full walk-around with me before and after the job to make sure everything looked perfect. My porch looks amazing — and as an unexpected bonus, it even smells fresh and clean! Daniel also power washed the gutters, even though we have leaf guards, and explained that it would help clear out roofing granules so everything flows properly this winter. He even knocked off a few small bagworms that were clinging to the gutters. I also really appreciated his recommendation to schedule the work in the fall so none of my flowers or landscaping would be damaged — such a thoughtful touch and show

I made a post in a local group looking for someone to clean out our gutters. Danny reached out and said he could come out to give us a quote the very next morning. He was very professional and polite, and did an amazing job. He even bagged up the leaves and hauled them away. Will definitely call him again for our gutter needs.
