Throughout the process, Matt was an excellent, honorable contractor to work with: he was fair in his pricing, willing to revise his scope as the project called for it, and made sure that we got the final product we wanted. His crews were punctual and thoughtful - even our neighbors commented on how respectful they were during construction. Initially, Milcon replaced 3 sliding glass doors for me. This required them to rebuild 2 of the frames. In the process they discovered rot behind my siding. I was very pleased with the sliding glass door job so I had Milcon completely replace my siding and gutters. I am very happy with the end result. Throughout the entire process, Matt was informative, but not pushy, and easy to reach with questions and updates. All of the teams involved were very thoughtful, intentional, skillful, knowledgeable, and courteous. My property was left in nice condition when they were done. They quickly addressed two very small issues. I will work with Milcon to replace two more doors. Here are before and after photos.

I highly recommend this company!! The owner, Matt Kavanah, is very laid back and does not pressure you into hiring his company! He took the time to come to our house to explain the different products and his recommendations. Matt has been in the industry for a long time so he is VERY knowledgeable with the products. His team showed up on time, completed the new roof replacement in 1 day, and left the outside super clean! Matt visted my home during the new roof replacement and came back the next day for a final inspection. He genuinely cares about his customers and work product. I am very happy with the price for the 50 yr. shingles, workmanship, easy payments, and Matt's communication. Hire this company! You won't regret it!

Milcon replaced our 6600-sf roof & fixed a rake board that was ripped away by high winds. Matt Kavanah (owner) was professional and thorough with his presentation of their installation methods & materials. The team completed the project in just 2 days as promised!! They started very early (6:30am) and stayed until almost sundown to get the job done timely. The cleanup was OK. The results look fantastic, and we couldn't be happier! We trust Milcon and their quality work!

We appreciated how Matt walked us through a competing quote, understood what we were prioritizing (quality and safety) while still offering a competitive price. The time from down-payment to finished product was less that a week. The total install was about 8 hours. They took photos of 5 rotted pieces of plywood before asking our approval. The additional plywood was reasonably priced. The foreman, Javier, was very nice and they cleaned up well.
