Miles H&A have been amazing. I have used this company for over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. They are all kind and professional and show up when they say they are. They are also affordable to use and explain the costs. Thank you for everything.

My less than 2 year old unit quit working. I called to get someone out to look at it and was given the run-around for well over an hour. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that they “couldn’t make the technician call me back.” Eventually had to call ACTS who were extremely gracious and immediately sent someone out to fix it
