It looks like many reviews here are very old, so I wanted to add my two cents. Milford Flooring installed new laminate in my condo in July of 2025. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was treated with respect as they showed me the many options I had to choose from. Less than two weeks later, Kip came to my home to take measurements and he further explained the process. Within a month, Richard arrived to do the install and he was fantastic, skilled, and very considerate. He had to return a few weeks later to fix a VERY small imperfection -- and that's what I think is most important to say here. When you do business with a company, you want to know they will immediately rectify any issues or concerns, no matter how small. And Milford definitely stands behind their product(

Simply the best flooring center in North Conway and probably New Hampshire!! Karen, and Kevin and their cracker team went above and beyond to help us get our tiles fixed and looking new again. We are local business owners, and Milford Flooring were incredibly flexible and worked with us on our unusual hours. When we ordered tiles with them they came promptly and helped us figure out the best match. Their tiler man John was amazing, he turned up and worked non stop until the job was entirely completed and looking perfect. We are thrilled with the final results and delighted we could use another local business. I would highly recommend using Milford Flooring, for both their professional help and wonderful customer service.

We used Milford for the installation of vinyl plank flooring throughout our lower-level bedroom area and for the installation of heated porcelain floors and bath and shower tiling in two bathrooms. Staff were excellent at every stage, beginning with practical and beautiful design suggestions, through to installation that was exceptionally well done, on time and within our budget. A custom-designed and -built shower works beautifully to maximize space and light in a relatively small bathroom. The transformation throughout the floor, and most especially in the bathrooms, is stunning. We will use Milford again in any future renovations and recommend them highly to friends and family. This was one of the best renovation experiences we've ever had!

Everyone at Milford flooring was incredibly helpful and patient in the long process of building our house. They provided great recommendations and were competitive in their pricing. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again and consider them my first choice among flooring suppliers.

My wife and I have had the good fortune of working with the Milford Flooring people on two occasions during the past five years. First, we purchased a modest size condominium which was quite dated and needed sprucing up: wood floors in the dining room/kitchen/living room and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Our first exposure to the Milfords was in their showroom to select the wood flooring and the carpets. Karen could not have been easier to work with. Her explanations and selections were right on. Next came the installation. Also a great experience by professional installers who worked around some interesting situations due to the age of the building. Then just a year ago, we upgraded to a larger condominium which also needed help. The flooring was 1982 vintage since the owner used
