Milford Redi-Mix Co

I bought a home from Pulte that used Milford Concrete, and the concrete has been scaling badly. It was replaced once, but the same issue persists. It seems like they’re playing with the mix poor quality and no accountability. Very disappointing experience with both Milford Concrete and Pulte.

Posting this in hopes that Kyle & Milford redi-mix see it and reach out. I had a 100' x 30' driveway poured last may and, at the time, was happy with the concrete despite the two sides (it was poured in two sections, each 100' x 15') being different colors. Now, the surface is popping, scaling, and flaking all over. Literally hundreds and hundreds of spots. Each seem to have a soft dark material under the pop, with the consistency of charcoal. May have been a bad mix. Definitely not happy with this at an $800k+ property. See a SMALL sample of what I'm talking about in photos posted. Also, keep in mind that I do not salt my driveway and half of this drive was not even driven on all winter long (so, not from salt dripping off a car either).
