We’ve relied on Millard Sprinkler for many years. They handle our spring start‑up, make sure everything is working properly, and return in the fall to shut the system down for winter. Their service has always been professional and dependable, and we couldn’t be happier.

I have been using Millard Sprinkler every year since I bought my home, and they have always been reliable and professional. My recent fall winterization went great. The tech who came out on Saturday was on time, friendly, and made sure everything was properly drained and ready for the season. I also want to thank Melissa in the office for her excellent customer service. She resolved a small billing issue quickly and handled everything very professionally. Millard Sprinkler was fantastic from start to finish. Both crews that came to my home were on time, professional, and incredibly friendly. They replaced over ten sprinkler heads, moved a few, and fixed a couple of leaks. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Their customer service is top-notch, and they reached out the day of service, kept me informed, and were very responsive throughout the process. Millard crew caused damage to system which cost me $480 to repair by another vendor. They over tightened solenoids & proposed replacing all my valves for $1,200 to repair their mistake. The valves/system are 6 yrs old & worked fine prior to their arrival. The general contractor selected Millard and they seem to prefer new installations vs repair jobs. Would not recommend for repairs
