2 star for finished the pool. Be careful with the owner Mario, he blamed everything from the sale person. Left trashes for weeks before collecting, we had to keep reminding them to clean up. Still haven’t installed the wifi for the controller. Mario asked for more money to install the fire bowls. Didn’t give us the robot cleaner as in the contract, Mario blamed the sale person for messing up the contract. Be careful with him, we recommend using different companies if people want to build new pool.

I agree with the previous reviewer’s comment (“horrible company to deal with”). I had a nightmare experience myself. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. • Installed a pump that was half the size of what was needed and in the contract, causing performance issues. • Spa doesn’t heat. Half the ports have no flow. Rotational jets not installed. • Pool overflow drains to side of pool (instead of street per contract and code), flooding my backyard alley • Salt water pool equipment never installed; various pumps/blowers never installed. • Pool autofill shoots out the deck, not in the pool. • Pool controller not programmed. • Chlorinator installed backwards (doesn’t add chlorine). They did an amazing pool design for me. We decided to go with them. The price was fair. The communication during construction was on point from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

The new decking and tile that was just installed completely transformed our pool area from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan. The job was done quickly and professionally and "on time". We used Millennium to resurface our pool a few years ago and the job was outstanding. Now we are a customer for life. Thanks for the high quality experience.
