Rory is very professional! He knows how to run his business, Millennium Plumbing, and proves to be a great person to work for and to have work for you. The communication between Rory and his crew has them working seamlessly together, and the communication between Rory and myself has always been great. My apologies for all of the hoops I had them jumping through, and I swear it was unintentional. This man and his company changed my life. He took on a job that no one knew what it was going to entail, and made the result better than imagined. Thanks Rory!

I would love to give these guys a 5 star, because I was extremely happy with their service until I got the bill. They tightened a loose fitting inside my tankless water heater. Only took less than an hour. They were quick to get to me and it was a Saturday, but if I had been there, I could have fixed it myself for nothing but my time. I was shocked when they billed me $600 for the work. Even for a Saturday. I was expecting an upcharge, but not $600! That’s my only disappointment, as otherwise I would recommend them highly as they were prompt, courteous and kept me informed. I live on Social Security, and it was a real sting to my budget.

They are a lifesaver. My sink was leaking and they came out the same day to diagnose. It was the faucet leaking up inside. They picked up a new one and installed it the next day. Entire job including new faucet was under $300. A steal. They were polite; clean; respectfull; and expedient. Highly recommend them!

Rory does great work, is conscientious and always there to help. Answered all my questions about tankless water heaters, installed a quality product and backs his work!

Rory Rickets, owner of Millennium Plumbing, replaced my faucet and fixed my leak under the sink and my front, leaking outdoor hose bib. Rory explained the process and extra options and details (removing hoses, fixtures to a nonexistent filtration system, various faucet choices, etc.) and communicated pricing and fees with me throughout the process. He was fast, knowledgeable, detailed, courteous and affordably priced. I am thrilled with Rory and Millennium Plumbing. I highly recommend him.
