We bought our house that had an improperly built solarium which had loads of issues from a now closed company. We spent so much time trying to find anyone who could help us figure out what we needed to do to fix its issues and with some luck we found Rich who was the only person who even took the time to ask for some pictures and was immediately able to accurately tell us what needed to happen. When it was determined that the room was a total tear down we went with Millennium for the project. They did everything from the demolition to the new build and gave us something much better than we had before. When we purchased our home, we had a screened patio that had clearly been assembled by amateurs. We loved the space, but we knew it was not going to last for long, so we contacted Rich at Millennium. While it took a while for the project to get started, once it did I was incredibly grateful for Mark's expertise on structure and carpentry. Our Millennium Sunroom replaces a large, underused deck. The deck was typically too hot, too cold, too buggy, etc., to comfortably use. Although our sunroom was completed in December, we've actually had the opportunity to regularly use the space this Winter, as it can be up to 30 degrees warmer than the outside air. The quality of our sunroom is exceptional, and the Millenium team did a great job of integrating the structure with our existing house. It feels seamless stepping into the sunroom from the house. He walked us through the planning/design phase and made recommendations going above and beyond showing us design options that we didn’t think of. We contracted with Millennium Windows and Sunrooms to put a “3 and a half” season room addition on our house. We selected them because of their consultative approach and flexibility in designing on exactly what we wanted based on our intended use of the space. We found other firms that we spoke with to be rigid in their designs and less willing to listen to what we wanted. We have a 100+ year old home and we expected some potential intricacies in the project because of that. The Millennium team did a great job explaining and addressing any challenges as we went and any issues that did arise did not impact the final product.
