I recently purchased an entirely new kitchen from Miller Fabricator, and I am pleased with my experience. The process was easier than I expected and the staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. My order was completed in a much shorter timeframe than I was initially told and the quality of the products far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Miller Fabricator to anyone looking for exceptional service and superior quality kitchen.

Aaron was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting our cabinets. We are very pleased with the quality of them. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful whenever I would need to call or stop in the shop.

Their after sales service is so bad. After installation, we noticed that there are deep dents that look like scratches. We contacted them through email and phone call but never got any response back. It’s like they’re just ignoring us after they already got their sale. Stay away.

The planning process was fine, so I thought. I spoke with Aaron several times when I was deciding in what to order, before the guys came to measure. Looking back It was strange that I never got a drawing of what I asked for. I wasn't experienced in this at all. I now know that I should have signed off on a diagram that showed exactly what I wanted. I asked for the seam to be placed in a particular area and was told no problem. When the guys arrived I had to leave 1/2 way thru the install and there were not 1, not 2, but 3 ... but 6 spots where they attached 2 pieces together. ( see pics) although the seams are almost not visible, it was not necessary to do it this way and NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! When I put a call out to Aaron he NEVER called me back.
