Miller Pipeline

This company has been replacing gas lines for my neighborhood and they are some of the nicest people. They have been so respectful of our neighborhood, they even helped my neighbor who is visually impaired by getting his mail and taking it to him. They have answered any questions I’ve had and have been so polite to all of us. Such a great company with great workers.

A Miller crew subcontracting for LG&E recently replaced my original natural gas line and others in the neighborhood. They communicated their work schedule well even the week before and then days of and were very friendly. They kept the neighborhood and lawns neat during the job and at the end of each work day all week long. The crew worked together well as a team with no disruption to the neighborhood. Safety was the priority of each day. They even made sure the trash truck could grab my curbside cans in the morning of the photos by moving them out and then moving them back up by my house. Good choice of a subcontractor LG&E. Thank you Pat Gibson from Miller and all involved.

Charlestown Rd in New Albany IN. Having a temporary stop light 50 feet from a busy intersection is poor planning. This has caused potential accidents and needless traffic issues.

Tell your drivers to go the speed limit and not drive recklessly. The speed limit is 55 not 80+. There’s people out here with babies in the car.

These guys don’t get the credit they deserve. The crew foreman came to the house the middle of last week to touch base with us about our scheduled gas line replacement time for the following Monday morning. Very courteous and informative about the upcoming replacement. Fast forward to Monday morning and as promised the crew was here. Didn’t really hear them much, even though they were close to the bedroom window. The jobs wasn’t painfully long and when they were finished the foreman returned to restart our gas appliances. Before entering he slipped on shoe covers and a mask. He was only in the house long enough to do the job at hand. I called and wrote this because I’m sure Miller Pipeline doesn’t get very many positive feed backs to this type of work that temporary disrupts people’s dai
