I had never dealt with Miller before now but I am very pleased that I did. I work in the emergency vehicle industry so I deal with plastic tanks a lot. With the major fire tank manufactures getting harder and harder to deal with meaning calling the number and it tells you to email the generic sales email address and then 4 or 5 days later they get back to you, it was very refreshing to make a call to Miller and a real, knowledgeable person answered the phone with the attitude of being eager to help. I explained to Michael what I was looking for and within in a short time, he called me back and let me know that he was able to help me out.
