They did the plumming for our new home. We had multiple issues with them. Their attitude is always "that's not our problem." They don't take responsibility for their businesses flaws. Sorry, but no one is perfect. They need to learn how to accept their responsibility in those situations and stop taking it personally. Owner and office staff were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

We have received excellent service and support from Miller Plumbing, especially from Margie. We had a manufacturer defect with the water heater that had been installed in our new home. Miller acted quickly to make a repair and resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction This is a company with values and integrity, putting the customer first. Highly recommend all day long.

Miller Plumbing was the plumbing contractor for a new home I recently purchased. I was pleased with the work they did so contacted them to install a utility sink in the garage. Travis showed up promptly on time, and completed the installation professionally, just as I wanted it and in less than an hour- impressive! He was very conscientious- took his shoes off every time he came in the house- and cleaned up both in the basement and garage. The price for the installation was reasonable. I'll be contacting Miller Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

Our builder, Randy Russell, uses Miller Plumbing and we were very pleased in working with them for a new home! Cathy was very organized, punctual, made helpful suggestions, and offered fantastic communication. At our first meeting, she was able to direct us to all the items within our budget allowance. When we went over, she let us know. And sometimes going over budget was fine! To get exactly what would meet our needs best was very important to us. Knowing exactly what the costs were helped us to make decisions and there were NO surprises! Thanks, Miller Plumbing!

We did not seek to use this company but the builder required us to use them. The showroom was in the middle of nowhere and was subpar. I would expect them to have competitive pricing given their overhead but they were way overpriced. Even with the builder's allowance, we could have purchased elsewhere for a lower price. The contact person, Cathy J was rude and unprofessional from the initial phone contact, throughout our meeting and in every follow-up discussions. She seemed irritated with any upgrade requested which was odd. We didn't feel valued as a customer and she didn't appear to want to be there either. She lacked the most basic communication and customer service skills. She certainly knew her "plumbing" and did respond to all email requests even when it may have been best t
