This company installed a heating system on my house in 2015 and all this time it work like champ no problems at all , but now in 2025 started leaking and I call Mille plumbing located in Wes Hartford, the lady that works there told me that miller plumbing went out of business I told her that I need some service on me heating system then she said that they was a few weeks back up and I told her that I wanted to make an appointment I could wait then she transferred to another person and she was very rude and had an attitude finally she said that they wasn’t going to do anything I told her that was going to pay for the service I told her that the system was out of warranty but I could pay what ever was the service and she said no and they were not going to do it I don’t know what was their pr

I have been a customer of Miller Plumbing for 13 years. Steve and his plumbers have taken real good care of us all these years. They've been there for us in the middle of the night several times on an emergency basis, but they've also fixed all of our plumbing issues in our old colonial in West Hartford as we've made improvements in our home. They are honest and professional. I trust them 100%. Recently, we had a bad problem with a sewage pipe in the basement. We wanted to get a couple of opinions. One plumber came in at $6000 to fix the job. Steve did it in under a thousand. We really appreciate his honesty and the speed at which he gets things done. OK, so the first technician comes out and sees the leak and breaks the bad news. 80 year old pipe has to come out. Big, ugly (expensive) job. Needs two guys. A week later his associate arrives, takes a look and suggests a repair that is so much more simple - and LESS Expensive. Here's the thing. I would have immediately done the big fix - with a great deal of pain associated with it. I think it is fantastic when a vendor actually takes a good hard second look and finds a better solution for the customer. Jim...my thanks. Miller - once again, you've done it right. Which is why I will call you again. (Hopefully, in the distance future!)

I needed a drain unclogged. They came at the scheduled time and performed the repairs quickly and for the quoted price. Technician was courteous and professional. I wanted to keep my business with a local company from my town and I'm happy I chose Miller Pluming.

The person answering machine could use a few tips on proper customer service. Based on her attitude, we will find someone else in the future.
