Miller Pump Systems

An elderly friend of mine had a well pump that burned out. He was without water for a week while we tried to figure out what was wrong. There were several factors that caused it and rather than playing the blame game and pointing fingers, Kenny and Tom jumped in and fixed it...... all within 30 hours from my phone call to them. They could have made a legal battle as to whose fault it was but they took the high road and fixed it. Thats some serious character and initiative and my friend has been a client of theirs for 27 years and now I know why he wont use anyone else.

Stopped in for new UV light bulb, for water filtration system, joked around with guys about fixing it myself and I would be back for the tube because I break it every year , guess what I broke it again this year, went back to get tube, Mark (THE BEST) the new owner followed me home and put it back together for me, Thank You , please put me in for next years service replacement of bulb better you guys do it then me , Because I will break it again next year. Professional Service w/ Good Communication. Miller was the company assigned to us by our home warranty company. They offered very good customer service and assistance navigating the insurance matters. Their professional technicians were dedicated, professional and focused. They arrived on time. They provided good answers to any questions asked. They were up front about costs.

I’m the service manager at a medium sized plumbing, heating and cooling firm in Montgomery County. My mom’s well pump died on a Thursday night. I went over and diagnosed a bad pump. I had a trip scheduled to visit my son in college the next day, and my crews were all busy AND one of my guys was out injured. I would normally handle this situation for my mom, but due to the urgency of the matter, I had to refer her to another company.
