Miller’s Roofing and Siding were amazing! They came when they were scheduled to come and they got the roof done in one day, the siding in 2 1/2 days, and the gutters on both sides in one day. Incredibly that was on a four (4) home townhouse!!! We decided at the last minute to buy new outdoor lights, but they didn’t come in on time. The crew came back and installed them. Every day the crew cleaned up the yard, driveways, sidewalks, and patio areas!!! It was amazing! I have had three roofs put on other homes and I have never had service like this. Steve the representative not only walked us through the process, but kept us up to date with text messages before, during, and after the process. Do not hesitate to call Miller’s Roofing and siding. From start to finish, Miller Roofing & Siding was the best choice we could have made for our home renovation. Our home is over 120 years old and was in dier need of a Face lift. No other company came even close to the bid we got with Miller. Sam had continual communication with us, and made the entire process effortless and stress free on our end. And his crew of workers....there are no words. They are more than we could have ever asked for. The work was perfection, they kept the work area clean, and truly created our dream home. I recently had my roof repaired by Miller Roofing & Siding, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sam handled everything, including working directly with my insurance company, which made the whole process incredibly easy. It was great only having to communicate with one person. Sam kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. The work was completed on time, the quality was outstanding. All extra construction material were removed, and the entire area was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. Our representative, Steve Miller, was excellent and helped us throughout the process, including working with our insurance company. He is knowledgeable about roofs and he took the time to answer our questions. He stopped by when needed and was available for consultation on the day of installation. The installers were efficient, worked quickly and were careful to ensure our siding and the grounds around the house were not damaged. The roof looks great! Choosing a contractor is always a difficult process. But, with Miller Roofing all we can say is DITTO to every positive review here. Miller assisted us to push back against State Farm denying how bad the hail damage was. Miller knows this process thoroughly and we got roof, siding, gutter and downspout replacement. My wife was a property manager for 20 years and excellent contractors are hard to find. Miller meets those requirements! Trevor oversaw everything from materials to cleanup. Garrett handled the appeal so well. The workmanship is top notch in every facet of the project!!
