Miller's Plumbing & Electric

After using Miller's plumbing service about a year ago, we were very impressed with their work. We paid them a substantial amount of money to complete a big job and they did fantastic work. Because of this we wanted to use them again for more plumbing work in our home because we knew they did good work. However, after over 2 weeks of contacting them and them telling us they would be there, they never came. We even told them where a key was so they could get into our home when we were not there. They were fine with that but apparently could not find the key and did not bother to contact us and let us know. I have called 5 times in the past 2 weeks for a waste line that was clogged. First call tech couldn’t fix because they needed to access the inside of the house. They never called to let me know. I called at least 4 other times, each time Jimmy said someone was coming, including 2-25-26 when I told them I was taking time off from work (1/2 a day-the afternoon). They never showed up, never called to reschedule.

Steven was an incredible nice Guy, the Lady in the office said they would probably make it by pm. I called at 6pm and left a message to asked if they remembered to come by. He calls me at 9pm and says that he could come by and assess the issue. He was here by 9:30pm, and assessed/fixed the problem. And I can sleep comfortably tonight. Unbelievable, who does that.... no price is too high for a comfortable sleeping invironment in the heat of the summer. Thank you Steven and Miller's Plumbing and Electric for a great service experience. Another service call today (8/7/23), these people are just incredible. Called this morning, job done before supper. I have them on speed dial now!

This company was recommended by a couple ladies at SMA in Loris after yall completed some commercial work there previously. So, I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Doug on Friday, March 22nd around 8:30 am. We spoke about my dryer cutting off and the breaker box getting hot and smelling of smoke. He said he would called his boss and see when yall could get an electrician out. Never heard back from him. Horrible business practice. I mean even if you had no availability a simple phone call back would have been nice instead of sitting over here panicking that my house may burn down. Glad I was able to get the issue resolved, but that would be no thanks to this company. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing if the quality of customer service is up to par for each and every customer

Tell them that I was driving 2 hours to get to the house. So they suggested a early morning appointment. So I hot the road at 6AM so I could be there. What a wasted day I had waiting for them in a hot house. They never called to say that they was running behind. I had to call them twice. Finally they said they can't give me an estimated time when they would show up. What I don't understand is why waste a client's time making an appointment if they don't show up. Last time I checked morning did not end at 2PM. Lack of communication and very unprofessional
