I am a maintenance person at 2 mobile home parks and have used Miller's for approximately 4 years. Thier prices are excellent, the service is amazing, and quality is top notch. The owner is an amazing person who is always available to us. Tanya is an amazing contact for us. She schedules any service as soon as she can. Matt and Steve are service persons anyone would be happy with. If you need any ac work be it small scale residential or large projects I can't recommend them enough. Thank you all for your hard work. I purchased a Mrcool mini split about 4years ago. I was told it was the best around. Then about 2 after it was installed started having problems with the blowers either sending out codes not cooling the rooms or heating them. Then found out the three bedrooms were connected to two living blowers which was installed wrong and was finally fixed. Since the connections to the two outside units were fixed we started having different codes appear. When a technician would came to fix the problem, which happened a lot, they always mentioned how Mrcool mini splits weren’t that good and there companies customer service was bad. I was sold that they were the best. I can go on and on. We are still having problems with the units. When I call leave a message get l no response this happens (A LOT). Did s

Update 2/19/25: After back and forth with my father in law we were told that they will be putting insulation around the unit. This will not remedy the problem but I guess they figure out of sight out of mind. I am attaching pictures of what my unit now looks like (only a few months old) and will be having a company come remediate the mold that is now not only out there but on my ceiling in my home. Please be careful dealing with this company. I am a veteran, work for the school system and my husband is a firefighter. We don’t have the resources to buy a new system and this company has taken advantage of us. Update: I have called and left multiple messages with the front desk with no response. I have not received a single call as they tried to state below and now there is mold everywhere.

Matt was awesome. Knowledgeable about his job and was very courteous. Spoke with Steve on phone twice and both times he was helpful and understanding to my situation.

Matt came out & fixed our heat. He quickly troubleshooted & resolved the issue. He tested thoroughly, wrapped things up, and was great to work with.
