Millie's Hallmark Shop

One of my FAVORITE gift stores in the valley!! Our family does a ton of our holiday shopping here... So FUN! Wonderful Christmas and holiday displays to look at, and lots of unique gift ideas. I like silly gifts for my 'interesting' friends and family, and can always seem to find something that makes me laugh! Cards galore, fancy Disney handbags and backpacks, specialty foods (love the Stonewall jellies and sauces), Jim Shore figurines, and the largest collection of holiday miniatures!! Worth a trip!!

Millie's is always a delight to visit. I have memories of taking my daughters there when they were little. Just to see the beautiful, detailed, seasonal displays of every kind of miniature collection you can imagine are worth the trip! And for greeting cards, there is no place better in the valley to my knowledge, especially if you need a religious card... for any occasion. You have to go!

5 STARS go out to the amazing & kind staff at this beautiful store ! However on my most recent visit while receiving help and stellar customer service from both Payte & Teresa, an older gentleman (I’m assuming the owner/manager) started to raise his voice and verbally attack Payte. Payte was so polite and excused herself. This unfortunate event not only startled me, but also led me to worry about those wonderful employees. I will absolutely be back for the simple fact the employees made me feel so welcomed.

Its not a bad place but items are priced like its in the heart of a mall. Its out of the way and feels like it should be cheaper. I got the same items at walmart for 75% cheaper. I wish I could have spent my money here but it just doesnt make sense in this economy to throw money away like that. Sorry

I have always supported Millies as my favorite Hallmark store over the years so my experience at the October ornament premiere was truly disheartening. I had followed the advice given to me at the July premiere & ordered a limited edition ornament at the store knowing it would be pulled in advance , set aside in back with a notification by phone when it was available for pick up. Only 12 of that ornament came in & they were all gone even before the October premiere! I walked away with no phone call & no ornament being told I could try & get it online! I went to the lovely folks at the Hallmark on Rural. They pulled the limited ornament for me & happily saved the day. Now THAT is customer service!
