Very unprofessional. Started speaking about how women emit heat during menopause and pregnancy, implying that is a component to AC problems…very odd. I wasn’t aware that I also hired a physician because he sure was acting like one. Started mansplaining his job and undermining my intelligence on how heating and air works. “I know what I’m talking about, I don’t want to confuse you ladies.” If he would’ve just stopped talking and gotten his job done, I wouldn’t have had much of a problem…. Super unprofessional.

This is the most unprofessional company we have interacted with. The employee enjoys berating people to their face. Need some mansplaining? This is your guy! Absolute trash. Call Holy City Air! They will treat you with respect.

Mr. Mills significantly helped me out in a tough situation for a blower door test. I had to get this test done for an inspection, and he was able to come out within 24 hours to complete it and give me my results. Best of all he answers the phone. I recommend him to everyone.

I would not recommend Mills Bros services. I contacted them on behalf of my company for one of our customers. Not only were they quite unpleasant to speak with but they quoted us an absorbent amount for a mini-split deep cleaning. When they initially assessed the coils they were adamant that the build-up was a result of sawdust. When I questioned how that was possible since our company doesn't do sanding inside the homes, they insisted that it was sawdust and they had seen it before from people sanding with the units running. I ended up having another contractor clean the unit at a fraction of the cost. Our upstairs unit wasn't working. I contacted the company and they had someone out that day. Brian was a great technician who explained the issue, repaired it and told us what to keep an eye on. He also explained to us the warranty information to see if we still qualified for our unit to be covered. Brian even took the time to answer some of my random questions!! Great and trustworthy company!!
