Mills Plaza Parking Garage

Nicely lit, open 24 hours and decent prices for covered parking. If you need to go to the Mills building, this is the best parking you'll find, in my opinion. When special events occur in the area, they charge $15, but so does the empty uncovered lot next to it. There is handicapped parking on every level. There are 9 levels, but the top level is not covered. The pay machines located on the ground level take cash and card.

I like to park here for downtown events. Easy access in and out.

This has convenient, well lit (but a little expensive) parking. The first floor parking is not very pedestrian friendly but the other floors do seem to be. As for it being secure, I've only used it a couple of times (during wintertime) and so far it seems to be safe. This place does offer the option for you to pay either by cash or credit/debit card.

Some businesses and organizations can valifate your parking for staying here. So you park for free. Make sure you ask when you go to local places near the parking garage.
