UPDATE: I was blown away by how quickly this was handled. Fred, the owner, called me first thing the very next morning and couldn’t have been nicer super down to earth, easy to talk to, and truly understanding. He immediately sent out his senior plumber to take care of everything I wanted addressed, and the work was outstanding. Between Fred’s personal attention and the excellent quality of the work, this was an all around fantastic experience. I couldn’t be happier with how the tankless hot water system turned out. Highly recommend them, thank you Fred and team. We had our HVAC and tankless unit installed by MillTown in 2020 as part of a hydronic heating system. A month ago, the commercial‑grade tank they installed failed. Rheem covered the tank under warranty, but MillTown charged $5,80

Jonathan and Justyn did a hot water heater replacement for us. They showed up on time, were very polite, and did excellent work. We have a slab foundation and our hot water tank is stuffed in the bathroom closet along with our furnace. They had to work in a very small space all day and even had to remove the toilet and closet doors in order to do the installation. Everything was put back cleaner and in better condition than before. They went above and beyond including reconfiguring the piping layout so that in the future, repairs/the next replacement will go even smoother. After installation, they cleaned up and left the space spotless. We are SO happy with the work that was done and the price we paid. I can't thank Eric, Justin and team enough for the amazing job they did installing my new Furnace. They arrived early this morning and left this evening and we had heat! They were all very respectful and very kind. Exceptional meticulous installation! Unfortunately my hot water tank failed over night flooding my finished basement. I frantically called Milltown as soon as we realized what had happend. They were here within an hour and never left until the job was done. Milltown are my new forever plumbers. I have more jobs for them!! Thank you again!

Originally called for blocked drain pipe to drywell. Took several visits to finally have them run a snake and camera. Determination was frozen pipe and they couldn't do anything about it - leaving me the customer to purchase hose to suck out standing water, blow warm air into pipe, add de-icer liquid and continue snaking the pipe on my own. Total cost was over $1800. The inside connection to the drain pipe was replaced with minimal materials. Overall, I was not satisfied with the result (drain still clogged) and the cost for work performed seems way out of proportion.

Frank just did a fantanstic job replacing our kitchen faucet with all options laid out clearly in advance. He also replaced our rusty shutoff valves/pipes so our condo is now a safer place. We really appreciate the quality and efficiency of his work. Also, David and Andy who took our calls are very friendly and helpful. The price for most items were reasonable, the only cost caught us by surprise was faucet replacement - which trippled the number than I thought.
