I could not be more pleased with the fence installed on my property. I had to wait longer than I really wanted , BUT I’m very glad I DID ! They had to remove a 6ft wood privacy fence which was installed by a deferent fence company 3 years ago. That fence was completely damaged from the storm . Mr. Milton showed up with his crew and removed all the damaged fencing in one day . The following Day his men set all 50 plus post in concrete. 48 hour’s later his men installed all of my new fencing . This new fence is flawless and way more than I expected ! Need repair done on my fence that he installed several years ago. He came out 2 months ago and looked at it; promised he would get it done in the next couple of days (Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. He said if he were not available that he would send his son out. I have no less than 6 calls leaving messages with no response; I even told him that if he was not interested to let me know so I can look for someone else. Very unprofessional with poor customer service; I don't understand how people like this remain in business. I'M BUSY TOO AND I'M TIRED OF TRYING TO CHASE PEOPLE DOWN to give them my money! We had a fence installed back in April. Richard came out and gave us a very fair quote. The fence was installed in 3 days once they started. I made a couple of changes but Richard said same price. We just went through a category 4 hurricane and absolutely ZERO damage to the fence. We highly recommend Milton Fence.
