Milton J. Womack, Inc. Gen Contractor

If this guy Wes Self the super intendant swears at me and my crew one more time we are walking off the job , he will be looking for another contractor to abuse and be disrespectful to. This has happened several times with his childish outbursts We are here to work not be talked down to screamed at and cussed at .his interactions with ours and other contractors are extremely unprofessional .

This contractor has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to our entire block, making agreements to start piercing noise (dumpster pulls with reversal alarms) after 9am and breaking said agreements repeatedly each week by starting earlier than even the legal start time of 7am. This has been going on for 8 months and we are all at our wit’s end. Womack does not stand by their word, nor do they care about the community within which they have their development projects.

This contractor is garbage. Complete disregard for safety. Superintendent is an absolute menace, rude disrespectful.

Good commercial contractor to work with. Prompt payments.
