If you need carpet or rug cleaned, this is the guy to call, he made my white and grey rug look like new! I didn't realize how dirty my rug was till my nieborgors complimented how clean it looked after Jeff did his magic....he was very informative.

Poor customer service. Does not know how to talk to people. Slurring words when on the phone. Somewhat insulting. Will definitely not call again.
