Very rude girl on phone. Asked me to leave my home unlocked so they can inspect my tank before delivery. I get it...but she ignored my questions to find a alternative solution about sending pictures and ignored me when I asked if they can come early in a.m or late in day. She just kept insisting on leaving my home unlocked. Then when I said I dont feel comfortable she immediately said I'll cancle your order. Horrible customer service.

The office staff is always kind and courteous. My delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. But the driver was here on Monday at 6:20AM! I was very happy, as I was concerned about him/her having difficulty getting into my driveway due to the snow storm. By coming very early in the morning, plus a full day ahead of schedule, they eased my mind. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Great place with Next day service. Yes, they do deliver less than 100 gallons, still next day service! 3 towns over and still next day service! Used them all year long, their price was much cheaper than competitors. Love that big calculator on their website that allows you to play around with how many gallons you'd like to purchase lol I always call to place my order. That sweet little lady over the phone makes me feel so at ease everytime she says "dont worry, we'll be there tomorrow" Lol Thanks mims for always keeping me & my kiddos warm! Your awesome!

Just moved to CT and needed oil, i was completely dry. Everything went great to start guy came next day and was nice and gave me the oil. I told him while he was here that it had been dry for a few days and would probably need to be serviced and he said no i would be fine and left. 4 hours later still not hot water and the boiler was not calling. I called and got the answering service who had a tech call me (Tom). Tom told me it would be $140 to come back and service. I asked how much it would have neen when the guy was here earlier and he told me $40. I told him it was not right and not my fault the first gentleman did not do his job. He told me he did not care and to take it up with the office tomorrow. So basically i am without hot water for another day and Mims oil did not care. Horrib
