Mr. Grady was very professional and accommodating. I would recommend taking granite samples from his showroom outside for a clearer view. I chose a granite that had a very different look once installed. Mr. Grady brought out the sample I chose and it was the same as installed. Lighting is everything! He did offer to change it out but we decided to keep what we had chosen. As it turns out, countertops look wonderful! The cabinets are gorgeous but the installer they sent did leave a lot of details incomplete such as exposed nails, smeared putty on the holes that were not cleaned and a few doors that needed readjusting due to scrubbing. Mr. Grady was very accommodating and sent Will (who was not the original installer) out to rectify and clean up the issues. We are very happy with the finish

Minco recently replaced the countertops in our kitchen and main bathroom and they are stunning! We had a hiccup or two along the way to which Logan responded immediately and professionally. Honestly, it was the kind of customer service you just don't get anymore. We were so impressed, we had them back to do a bathroom, and again, just incredible service and great product. Two more bathrooms to go, and we'll be calling Logan again, for sure!

We were initially impressed by Grady until it was time to come to our house and take the measurements. We set an appointment and they were no show. Responding to the owner's comment: My husband was at home wasted the whole day expecting the call that never came. She could have left a voicemail or texted.

Horrible service. Grady remodeled my kitchen. My sink became loose. He promised several different times he would send someone to repair sink. I waited and waited. No one came. Now he avoids me. He does not respond to my calls or text messages. I need my sink fixed badly.
