Mingo Construction

I used Mingo Construction to do siding and windows. He comleted some of the job. During the job the window trim was damaged and an area of the siding. He also installed a storm door and at the top and bottom there is a gap. This was pointed out when the job was done he told me he wasnt come back until the windows come in. I had four windows that were on back order. When the windows came in i called Mr.Mingoo and I was told that the price to install the windows went up and additional $130 per window for installation. He told me the price did not include the aluminum to wrap the wimdow frame. I asked why not because the price for the siding included aluminum. I agreeed to pay him. He attempted to come back once.
